What does it cost to attend the EMERGE IWC?

Adult Registrations:
$75.00 – Early Bird
$100.00 – Regular
$125.00 – Same Day

Youth (Ages 13-18 years old)
$25.00

*All registration costs are non-refundable.

What is the attire?

The attire is casual and comfortable.

Will refunds be offered if I cannot attend EMERGE IWC?

Registration payments are non-refundable. If you registered for the conference and are unable to attend you may transfer your registration to another individual by forwarding them your email confirmation. The person receiving the transferred registration will need to attend under the registration name.

In-Person Conference Registration

Registration tables will be available each Sunday at Allen Temple Baptist Church leading up to the conference during church service.

Same-day registration will be available on each day of the event.

Who should register for the EMERGE Intergenerational Women’s Conference?

The conference is open to women of all ages, and we encourage you to bring teenagers ages 13-18 years old. There will be separate breakout sessions for teens.

Will I receive confirmation of my registration?

Yes! You will receive an email confirming your registration immediately after your purchase. (Please check your Spam/Junk mail if you do not receive the link in your inbox.)

Conference Features

What is on the program?

Our planning team has prayed and planned a program with you in mind, so, we ask that you and your teen girls attend the entire two-day event.

The program includes phenomenal guest speakers, a powerful psalmist, and breakout sessions for all ages. Swag bags will be available for all registered participants.

Will there be merchandise vendors?

Yes! A variety of vendors will sell jewelry, clothing, body products, books, and much more!

Will food be provided?

Yes!

Light appetizers – Friday evening

Continental Breakfast – Saturday morning

Lunch – Saturday afternoon

Seating Arrangement

There are no reserved seats. Seating is on a first-come, first-seated basis.

Will there be wheelchair-accessible seating?

Yes! Please let the ushers know if you need assistance with the wheelchair-accessible seating area.
